Refund and Returns Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund if:

a. You received a damaged, defective, or expired product.

b. You received the wrong product from what you ordered.

Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not refund on opened or used products unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  1. Return Policy

Return must be requested within 2 days of delivery.

After 2 days, we may not be able to process your request.

  1. Return Process

To initiate return:

Contact us at Instagram/WhatsApp with your order details and reason for return.

Provide images of the product and packaging for verification.

  1. Refund Policy

If refund is approved by AADIMA ,refunds shall be processed and Credited within 1 working day.*

Exchange, damaged, and Replacement products will be delivered within 5-7 working days

*Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or wrong product delivery.

  1. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
